Religious Education Classes for children attending non-parochial schools are held weekly September - May.

Depending on the children's ages, classes may be on Saturdays at 11:00 AM (older) or Sundays at 10:50 AM (younger).

All classes comply with the guidelines of the Diocese of Camden.  The guidelines for First Penance, First Eucharist and Confirmation are implemented.

The Religious Education program assumes responsibility for the sacramental preparation of the students and their parents.  Sacramental Preparation Sessions embrace the eligible children of Our Lady Star of the Sea Regional School in addition to the parents of all children preparing for first sacraments.

Sister Sylvia Giraldo, LSIC, serves as the Coordinator of Religious Education.  The office is located in the West End of McAuley House, the modular building between the Church and School.  ((609) 345- 1878, ext. 24)

The RCIA (Rite for Christian Initiation of Adults) is conducted weekly on Tuesdays at 7:00 PM September through June.  Call Fr. Pham ((609) 345 - 1878, ext. 11)
